We will treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the important data protection regulations set out in the Personal Data Protection Act and this privacy statement. Your data will neither be published nor forwarded to third parties.

1. Information we collect

1.1. Personal data

In order for the LRM Mobile application to function, we need to use and collect certain data and process it during the use of the application (you submitted the data to your employer). Only app administrators and your supervisors can see them. The collected data are:

• Name

• Surname

• Employer

• Date and time of registration (ARRIVAL, OFFICIAL DEPARTURE, OFFICIAL ARRIVAL, LUNCH EXIT, LUNCH ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE)

• Geolocation of registration (ARRIVAL, OFFICIAL EXIT, OFFICIAL ARRIVAL, LUNCH EXIT, LUNCH ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE)

• Your info data: Monthly number of hours, Number of hours of regular work per month, number of hours of absence per month, Leave (last year/this year), Use of leave (last year/this year), Remaining leave (last year/this year), Excess/deficit as of today day.

Some of this data is already recorded in the LRM program used by your employer and is only displayed by LRM Mobile, while a certain part of the data is recorded in the LRM Mobile application and transferred to the LRM program, where it is processed for the purposes of working time records.

We do not disclose this data to third parties and/or pass it on in any other way.

2. Information about, correction, blocking and removal of data

2.1. Information about stored data

The data is stored on your mobile phone and on the server where the LRM program is installed. You can get information about this server from your employer.

2.2. Data correction

As a user of the LRM Mobile application, you cannot modify or correct the Data yourself. Contact your employer for any corrections.

2.3. Blocking application use and data removal

By terminating the employment relationship, the employer revokes your right to use the LRM Mobile application. This disables access to the LRM Mobile application and deletes all personal and other data related to the LRM Mobile application in the internal memory of the mobile phone.

The employer will store your data in accordance with the law.

3. Changes

This privacy statement may change from time to time. Any changes to the privacy statement will be posted on this page. If there will be significant changes in the privacy statement, the user will be specifically informed about these changes.
